Shipping & Returns

Merch orders are prepared after checkout confirmation. Processing windows, carrier timelines, and tracking details may vary by item and destination.

Returns are reviewed case by case. Items should be unused, in original condition, and requested within 14 days of delivery unless a product page states otherwise.

Bookings

Booking requests are not confirmed until the date, scope, rate, and required deposit are approved in writing. Rescheduling is handled based on availability.

Collaborations

Collaboration requests should include deliverables, timeline, usage rights, compensation, and brand contact details. Work begins only after both sides approve the scope.
